Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop team members per training plans and systems.
• Coordinate pre-shift and safety committee meetings.
• Lead by example to provide guest-first service and maintain safety and compliance.
• Ensure proper labor and timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and schedule adherence.
• Oversee food safety and restaurant safety procedures; enforce company policies.
