Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities are essential.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment with colleagues and leaders.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Attention to safety and policy compliance in all store activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and process corporate directives.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and payroll/scheduling records.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates; ensure a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory across sales floor and stockroom.
