Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a store supervisor to lead a team and drive sales. Starting pay is $12.50 per hour plus commission; opportunity to grow within the company.

The role includes a mandatory 5-week manager-training course, hiring and developing staff, and maintaining a positive environment for customers and employees. You will work to meet performance metrics and ensure store operations meet safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
