Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Olive Branch, Mississippi is seeking a store supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced tanning and wellness environment.

You will oversee staff hiring and development, drive sales performance, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure safety, compliance, and a positive workplace. The role includes a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $12.50 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Other duties as assigned.
