Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Memphis, TN is seeking a store supervisor to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service. We value teamwork and provide ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $12.50 per hour plus commission, with a 5-week manager-training course and benefits, including health and dental insurance.

Responsibilities include training staff, meeting sales metrics, and maintaining a clean, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
