Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Crestview, FL is seeking a dedicated store manager to lead daily operations, train staff, and drive sales growth.

You will complete a 5-week manager-training course, interview and develop employees, and foster a positive environment for customers and team.

Responsibilities include analyzing daily sales, controlling labor and inventory costs, meeting safety and banking requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Able to motivate staff and maintain productive environment.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Other duties as assigned
