Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Mississippi is seeking a store supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure excellent customer service. It offers benefits like health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement, plus $12.50/hour starting pay with commission.

You will train via a 5-week manager course, hire and develop team members, monitor sales performance, control expenses, and maintain safety and compliance while delivering a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Other duties as assigned.
