Job summary

BFS Foods Inc. in Maryland is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise 15–20 staff per shift, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will enforce brand standards, train team members on POS and front/back of house tasks, and cover shifts as needed while reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast‑food or restaurant management.
• Ability to supervise 15‑20 employees per shift.
• Ability to uphold brand standards and policies.
• Strong communication with hourly associates and management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction is the top priority during every visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
• Supervise 15–20 restaurant employees per shift and regulate performance.
• Enforce brand standards, company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally to staff and customers.
• Train staff across POS, BOH and FOH operations as needed.
• Fill in for different positions to cover shifts when required.
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement new systems and service standards.
• Assist in achieving store cost and operational budgets.

Customer satisfaction is your number one priority.• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in your unit at all times.• Supervise 15-20 restaurant employees per shift.• Enforce all brands standards, company policies and procedures.• Represent the company, with professionalism at all times. Treat all employees with dignity and respect.• Train all levels of staff in proper operations of the unit for POS systems, back of house functions to all levels of front of house operations including Customer Service and all positional duties (as needed and constant).• Fill in for different positions in the restaurant as needed• May be required to work extra shifts to accommodate store business and or call offs• Work closely with store manager to implement training on new systems, techniques, service standards• Ability to execute and enforce company initiatives and policies• Meet all store cost and operational goals and budgetsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS• Ability to communicate effectively with all hourly associates• Ability to cover all shifts during the normal operation of the unit• Previous restaurant experience requiredPerform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
