Capstone Restaurant Group in Johnson City, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth, uphold standards, supervise the flow of food service on assigned shifts, and train Team Members under the direction of the General Manager.

You will assist in running overall operations, manage payroll and inventory, handle HR issues, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies while delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining profitability.
