Capstone Restaurant Group in Johnson City, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and uphold our standards of excellence during assigned shifts. You will supervise team members, oversee cash handling, and ensure top-quality food and hospitality while supporting the General Manager.

In this role you will train staff, manage inventory and payroll within company guidelines, maintain records, and ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong conflict resolution and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leads, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness with profitability focus.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and Team Members.
• Handle HR issues, including disciplinary actions.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss operations and promotions.
• Administer weekly inventories and payroll control.
• Manage inventory to meet GAP standards and control costs.
• Support GM in operational decisions and maintain records per policies.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and security policies are followed and documented.
