Capstone Restaurant Group in Jonesborough, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales growth while upholding the company's standards of excellence. You will oversee food service flow, delegate tasks, manage cash control, and deliver the highest quality food with exceptional hospitality.

You will train Team Members under the General Manager, support daily operations, and help develop staff while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Team Members and Shift Leaders, maintaining high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness with profitability focus.
• Coordinating staff training with team trainers.
• Maintaining cooperative working relationships with management and team members.
• Handling HR issues as they arise, including disciplinary write-ups.
• Conducting team meetings to discuss operations and promotions.
• Conducting weekly inventories.
• Controlling payroll to meet labor cost standards.
• Controlling inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Supporting management and General Manager in operational decisions.
• Maintaining reports and records in compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining building and equipment through proper operating, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
