Job summary

Zaxby's is seeking an Assistant Manager in McMinnville, TN to oversee both FOH and BOH operations and help execute quarterly plans. You will train crew, support the General Manager, and uphold company standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include leading staff, managing costs, and maintaining operational excellence while complying with ZFI and Zax, Inc. guidelines. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong guest-service focus.

Qualifications

• 40 hour work week minimum.
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR check.
• Periodic and random drug screening.
• In-store training completion required.

Responsibilities

• Strive to enhance guest experiences by satisfying and exceeding guest expectations.
• Supports the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in the use of all systems and training programs.
• Responsible for providing crew members with appropriate training.
• Assist in the execution of quarterly business plans.
• Oversee all FOH and BOH operations in compliance with ZFI and Zax, Inc. standards.
• Control cost by maintaining operational standards, proper truck ordering/receiving and inventory control.
• Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment toward company objectives.
• Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
