Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, FOH and BOH to Swig’s standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to a high-performance level.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and online reviews.
• Drive sales growth and manage labor costs to improve profitability.
• Monitor prep, stocking, and staging to optimize efficiency.
• Adjust staffing to ensure adequate coverage and maintain costs.
