Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations, with a focus on staff development, customer service, and sales performance. This role includes overseeing hiring, training, and maintaining a positive work environment for both employees and customers.

The candidate will manage daily tasks, ensure compliance with safety and banking requirements, and drive metrics to maximize store performance while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
