Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes a 5-week manager-training course with clear performance metrics.

You will be responsible for interviewing and hiring, maintaining a positive store environment, achieving sales targets, and meeting banking, safety, and legal requirements while controlling labor and inventory costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet performance metrics and help staff meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met.
• Control labor, inventory and maintenance expenses.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
