The role requires strong leadership, coaching abilities, and a proactive attitude, with a focus on achieving revenue targets while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedule.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goals.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Manage all day to day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
