Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, uphold policies, and lead staff across departments. You will be cross trained and participate in training to advance to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond through the Management Accreditation Program.

Responsibilities include assisting the General Manager, coaching team members, managing reports, and ensuring guest satisfaction with quality service and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required or preferred.
• Strong guest service and cash handling skills emphasized.
• Ability to train and lead others and work in a team environment.
