QUALITY BRAND GROUP LLC seeks an Assistant Manager for a Dunkin' restaurant in Colorado. This role prepares for Restaurant Manager duties by assisting in planning, directing, and controlling store operations and supervising staff during shifts.

You will support training, scheduling, product ordering, and safety compliance while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction. This is an hourly position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver.
• Problem solving and decision making – use analysis and judgment.
• Building effective teams – place the right people, enable decisions.
• Physical and mental ability to learn operating standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to prepare for shift.
• Lead a positive team environment and motivate crew.
• Train Crew Members as directed by the Store Manager.
• Monitor performance to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure labor, food, and cash controls are followed.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and uniform standards.
• Communicate goals and provide feedback to staff.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
