Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is hiring an Assistant Manager to develop into store leadership. The role guides shifts, supports the Restaurant Manager, and helps achieve sales goals while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with brand standards.

The position emphasizes team leadership, training, and operational excellence across a multi-store franchise with Colorado locations. The pay is hourly, with benefits and a pathway to long-term restaurant management.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Passion for Results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem solving and decision making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.

• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Manage a positive team environment and oversee guest service during shifts.
• Oversee product preparation according to standards and ensure quality.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to crew members.
• Coordinate training and performance management.
• Control labor costs, food costs, and cash handling during shift.
• Attend Restaurant Manager meetings when directed and ensure compliance with policies.
