The position requires 18+, completion of the Cinemark accreditation courses, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a strong guest-service mindset with solid cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complete local/state food handling certification where required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Maintains regular attendance and strong guest service.
• Excellent cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong communication with all ages and teams in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager and communicates with staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in job functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports.
• Monitors theatre facilities and safety compliance.
• Ensures proper dress code and customer service standards.
• Reports employee relations issues per protocol.
