Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail environments.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership capabilities toward GM level within a year.
• Demonstrate and coach team members and shift leaders with enthusiasm.
• Hit sales goals through fast, accurate service and problem solving.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with GM to align store operations with brand standards.
