Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service commitment
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence
• Develops understanding of the business to GM level over the year
• Hit sales goals through speed and service; problem resolution with calm, professional leadership
• Organizes and improves administrative tasks and links daily tasks to business success
• Manages store funds and enforces cash-handling policies
• Places, receives, and verifies orders; conducts inventory and rotates stock
• Thinks holistically about store success beyond the current shift; fosters sustainable change
• Leads with growth mindset; seeks feedback and demonstrates ownership
• Keeps brand values alive in all interactions and develops a connection with GM
