Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to grow into store leadership and contribute to district and company growth. This role partners with the General Manager to operate the store, mentor teammates, and create day-making experiences for guests.

You’ll be developing leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, while aiming to hit sales goals through fast, friendly service and strong problem solving. A learner’s mindset and commitment to Caribou’s core values are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in restaurant/retail with strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and some holidays/weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the doing of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops business understanding toward GM level within a year.
• Creates positive guest connections and teaches the team to do the same.
• Drives sales through speed, service and problem-solving.
• Leads on risk control, inventory, and cash handling during shifts.
