Job summary

Caribou Coffee in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) who will grow into a store leadership role while building strong teams and delivering day-making experiences for guests.

You'll partner with the General Manager to run the store, drive sales, mentor team members, manage cash and inventory, and ensure exceptional guest service across shifts, with a focus on developing future leaders within the district and company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old; ability to work early mornings/evenings/holidays/weekends.
• 1 year of supervisory experience; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the doing of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops business understanding to GM level within a year.
• Creates joyful connections with guests and mentors the team.
• Drives sales through fast, high quality service and effective problem solving.
• Leads on cash handling, inventory, and daily/weekly/monthly admin tasks.
• Develops leadership with a global view of the Caribou brand.
