Leslie’s pool supplies in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store performance, customer service standards, and merchandising goals. You will learn best practices, train team members, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers pay in the $15.30–$17.30 hourly range with benefits and opportunities for career growth within Leslie’s. Previous supervisory experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently attending high school.
• 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
• Experience managing/leading a team.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, profit margins, payroll and expenses.
• Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure the team follows all safety protocols.
• Identify new talent to join the team.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Opening and closing store responsibilities, including daily bank deposits.
