Job summary

Lush North America is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, guide a diverse team and elevate the customer experience in-store. You will partner with the Shop Manager, drive sales, and embody Lush Leadership Practices to foster a dynamic, inclusive retail environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory retail experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for skincare and ethical business.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Exceed daily sales goals while delivering a unique, inclusive customer experience.
• Educate customers on brand values and ethical practices.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
• Drive store profitability by understanding metrics and budgets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team on the shop floor.
• Develop staff through coaching and leading by example.
• Recruit and staff shop in collaboration with the manager.
• Ensure scheduling and payroll accuracy for the team.
