Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Shop Manager and drive exceptional customer experience, staff development, and store operations. As second-in-command, you’ll help exceed sales goals while living Lush’s leadership practices.

You’ll lead with Be Real, Be Curious, and Lead Fearlessly, manage scheduling, training, and recruitment, and grow talent within a vibrant, inclusive retail environment that rewards initiative.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years in retail management or supervision.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Ability to work holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and lead plans to exceed daily sales goals.
