Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee the entire restaurant operation and to build a strong, capable team. You will drive consistent, friendly service, uphold our core values, and ensure food safety and quality across shifts.

The role requires managing schedules, coaching staff, and resolving customer issues in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have at least 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, be 18+, and possess a ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; 50+ hour work week.
• ServeSafe Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.

• Drive fast and friendly service and ensure food safety and quality.
• Schedule staff, monitor performance, and ensure duties are completed.
