Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards and brand expectations. You will take ownership to solve problems with a smile, guide others, and ensure Team Members complete duties while maintaining inventory and financial accountability.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, are 18+, and prepared for a 50-hour work week with basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running great shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers and deliver quality food to guests.
