Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Manager role focusing on supporting theatre operations and staff development. Reports to the General Manager and participates in cross-department training to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient service delivery.

Qualified candidates will complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and are expected to manage flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of the theatre under the General Manager.
• Train and coach team members in their job functions.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and grooming standards are followed.
• Prepare administrative and special reports as needed.
