Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets.
• Engage guests with suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Coach the sales team and lead by example to maximize performance.
• Assist in hiring, training, developing and motivating staff.
• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Enforce policies and safety directives consistently.
• Represent Lolli & Pops positively in and out of the store.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 40 pounds.
• Operate POS system and handle merchandise.
