Job summary

Lolli & Pops in Roseville, MN is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager who will be scheduled 32 or more hours per week and receive benefits. You will be a key member of the leadership team, helping drive store-level financial and operational results while upholding brand standards.

Daily you will engage guests, coach the team in suggestive selling, assist in hiring and training, manage inventory, and ensure visual merchandising and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and KPI-driven store management.
• Strong guest engagement and product knowledge.
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash/merchandise.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to meet targets.
• Keep team focused on guest engagement, suggestive selling, sampling, and product knowledge sharing.
• Maximize sales through coaching and leading by example.
• Assist in hiring, training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations including ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and procedures consistently by all team members.
• Be a Brand ambassador for Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours+).
• Lift up to 25–40 pounds regularly with/without accommodation.
• Operate POS and communicate effectively with guests and team.
