Responsibilities

• Monitor store KPI targets and take action to achieve targets.
• Engage guests with excellent service and suggestive selling.
• Coach sales skills and lead by example to maximize performance.
• Assist in hiring, training and developing team members.
• Support Store Manager with ordering, inventory and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and operational directives consistently.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 40 pounds when needed.
• Operate POS and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
