Job summary

Ampersand Brands, LLC is seeking a full-time Lolli & Pops Assistance Manager in Roseville, MN to lead store operations, engage guests, and coach a high-performing team. This role drives KPI targets, training, and merchandising while upholding company values and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and managing daily store activities including ordering and POS operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest engagement and coaching sales.
• Ability to manage inventory and merchandising.
• Full-time availability, 32+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve targets.
• Keep team focused on guest engagement, suggestive selling, sampling and sharing product knowledge.
• Maximize the sales performance of the team through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills and leading by example.
• Assist in hiring, training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day running of the store including ordering, inventory management and coaching the team.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
• Ensure that all policies, procedures and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all team members.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
