Job summary

Burgerville, LLC in Kennewick, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to help open a new Burgerville restaurant. You will work with the General Manager to train the opening team, establish routines, and deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one.

This on-site role requires leadership, strong hospitality focus, and ability to coach Shift Leads and Crew Members while supporting operations, staffing, and local marketing. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality, food quality, and team development.
• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-opening preparation, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and establishing daily routines for the new restaurant.
• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality, hospitality, and team performance.
• Lead the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence.
• Coach, train, and develop Shift Leads and Crew Members.
• Help drive sales, labor, food cost, and operational results.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift execution.
• Support local marketing initiatives, community events, and restaurant growth.
