Job summary

Burgerville, LLC is seeking a General Manager to help open our new restaurant in Kennewick, WA, with an anticipated early 2027 opening. You will build the opening team and lead daily operations focused on food quality, guest experience, and staff development.

You will collaborate with the District Manager to prepare for opening, and foster a workplace grounded in our mission, Serve with Love. This role requires travel to support training and pre-opening efforts.

Qualifications

• Two to three years as Burgerville Assistant Manager or two to three years in restaurant industry.
• Proven ability to develop people and achieve restaurant results with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving.
• Proficient with restaurant technology, schedules, spreadsheets, and business reports.
• High school diploma or GED; hospitality degree preferred.
• Food handler card and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach the opening team; develop future restaurant leaders.
• Lead on the restaurant floor and uphold food quality, food safety, order accuracy, and guest service standards.
• Manage sales, labor, food cost, inventory, waste, and cash controls to support restaurant results.
• Build schedules and position people to match guest demand; coach the team throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe, clean restaurant, follow company policies, and build positive relationships with the team and community.
