Burgerville LLC in Washington state is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in partnership with the General Manager. You will focus on quality, guest service, and building a positive team culture grounded in our Serve with Love mission.

This role involves coaching Shift Leads and Crew Members, driving sales and cost controls, handling guest concerns, and supporting recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant when the General Manager is unavailable and plays a key role in supporting food quality, team development, operational excellence, and community engagement.
