Domino's in Durham, NC seeks a shift lead to guide delivery drivers and CSRs, ensuring orders are fast and accurate. You will manage staffing, support opening and closing procedures, and resolve customer issues to keep guests returning.

Responsibilities include overseeing routing, vehicle inspections, cash handling, and promoting our menu specials while maintaining grooming and appearance standards. Prior experience in fast paced retail or food service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly.
• Maintain staffing levels to mirror business needs throughout the day.
• Open or close shifts with proper setup, deposits, and inventory checks.
• Provide quality customer service and resolve complaints to encourage repeat business.
• Manage delivery routing and ensure vehicles pass inspection.
• Promote pizza products and promotions; uphold grooming and appearance standards.
