Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Morrisville, NC is seeking a dedicated store operations manager to lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs, ensure orders are fulfilled quickly, and uphold Domino's standards. You will handle opening and closing procedures, manage inventory, monitor P&L, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining staffing levels, preparing schedules, supervising deposits and reconciliations, and ensuring vehicle inspections and grooming

Qualifications

• Lead a team of delivery drivers and csrs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly
• Responsible for end of the night bank deposits
• End of night inventory counts
• Open procedures: ensure store ready to receive orders on time
• Oversee total store operations and communicate with managers and staff
• Manage staffing levels and create employee schedules
• Collect money and signed credit card receipts from drivers
• Dispute resolution to ensure returning customers
• Ensure delivery vehicle passes inspection
• Read and understand P&L ledger
• Uphold grooming, uniform, and appearance standards
• Promote products, specials, and promotions
• Cross-train for opening/closing procedures, product prep, and packaging for delivery/carryout

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and bank deposits
• Monitor inventory and ordering for commissary and beverages
• Coordinate routing to maximize on-time deliveries while upholding Domino's standards
• Maintain staffing levels and develop weekly schedules
• Deliver quality customer service to internal and external customers
• Ensure vehicle inspections and safety checks are performed
