World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while upholding our values, policies and standards. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will guide leadership in Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations and Merchandising according to business needs and your career goals.

Your daily duties include modeling a customer-first culture, coaching associates, planning tasks, and ensuring loss prevention and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership in fast-paced specialty retail.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with adaptability.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team while upholding brand values and policies.
