You will supervise staff, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and ensure a clean, welcoming store. Open availability, weekend/holiday shifts, and a focus on upselling and customer satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability for restroom cleaning, trash, and outdoor areas.
• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Proficient English communication and basic math.
• Willing to learn and adapt to store procedures.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
