Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard in Illinois is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, lead the team, uphold our standards of excellence in service, food quality, cleanliness and safety, and take ownership of store performance. You must be at least 18 and have 1 year of management experience in fast food or a related field.

This is a full-time role (>30 hours/week) with benefits such as health/vision/dental, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience in food service or related leadership role.
• 18+ years of age and ability to work 30+ hours per week.
• Ability to train and coach staff to achieve KPIs and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing daily store operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and coach Custard, Crew, and Customer initiatives and standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory to meet financial targets.
• Ensure health, safety, and company policy compliance at all times.
