Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard in Lees Summit, MO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily store operations, uphold our standards, and coach the Custard, Crew, and Customers teams.

You will drive customer service excellence, manage inventory and staff scheduling, ensure health and safety compliance, and partner with the General Manager to meet financial goals and growth of the store in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry, or Andy’s experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and customer service.
• Lead and train crew, schedule staff.
• Ensure health, safety and food safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, orders, and vendor accuracy.
• Assist General Manager in achieving KPIs.
