Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of leadership experience in food service or high-volume retail.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to lead a team and stay composed under pressure.
• Comfortable holding others accountable to standards.
• Valid Food Handler/Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Coach and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Enforce company standards, policies, and accountability.
• Deliver fast, accurate service while maintaining quality.
