GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our busy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and lead a team across second or third shifts, with open weekend and holiday availability.

Grow into store leadership roles while earning weekly pay, bonuses, and solid benefits. Expect to manage inventory, schedules, and daily finances in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations.
• Operate the register with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps.
• Create team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store finances.
• Provide feedback to motivate team performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
