GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our convenience store in a fast-paced retail setting. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach staff, and help hire and train a high-performing team across ongoing shifts.

The role requires open availability including weekends/holidays, strong English communication, basic math, and a Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain). A robust benefits package and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• 21+ years old minimum.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
