GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to help drive daily store operations and customer service excellence. You will support the Store Manager, supervise a busy team, and ensure cash handling and merchandising are executed to high standards.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable.
• Minimum age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership that motivates the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
