Sonic Drive-In is hiring an Assistant Manager in Mechanicsville, VA. The role supports the General Manager in daily drive-in operations and staff coaching to ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Requires hands-on leadership, training abilities, and a commitment to flexible scheduling including weekends. Applicants should have prior restaurant management or retail supervision experience, strong communication, math and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced

Competenze

Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry level retail management.
Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations.
Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.

Mansioni

Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
Train and support other employees to ensure quality food and safe, clean service.
Direct and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost; perform weekly inventory as needed.
Complete administrative duties and maintain records and documentation.
Ensure a strong customer service focus and respond to guest requests.
