Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Virginia Beach is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold Sonic standards, and mentor a team of restaurant crew.

You will assist the Managing Partner with training, scheduling, and performance management; manage inventory, food safety, cash handling, and growth initiatives. Must be 18+, with 1 year of experience in a similar role. KBP Brands offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
