SONIC Drive-In in Glen Allen, VA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations. You will train and guide crew members to ensure quality, safety, and speed of service while maintaining a guest-focused atmosphere.

The role requires managing shifts, coaching staff, and assisting in administrative tasks. You will work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, and help uphold our standards of service and appearance.

Competenze

• Six months of restaurant management (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.

Mansioni

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support other employees to ensure quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
• Direct and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Oversee opening and/or closing duties and staffing adjustments.
• Monitor inventory levels and food cost control; complete weekly inventory.
